The squadron is a legal charitable organization and the sponsoring committee makes up the board of directors for this organization. As a formal organization, the committee has the following formal positions:

- Treasurer
- Facilities Director
- Media Spokesperson
- Webmaster
- Assorted Directors

In addition to the formal positions, there are a wide variety of informal positions either for specific events or for specific functions. These formal and informal positions make up the administrative aspects of the committee but are not possible without the help of many other volunteers.
All help is appreciated and is required to keep the process moving and provide all of the great opportunities that the cadet program affords our kids. Without this active involvement by parents, a significant part of the program would not be possible.
