The Sponsoring Committee has a meeting the second Wednesday of every month starting at 6:40 and ending before the cadets have final parade at the end of the night.

These meetings are held in a classroom on the second floor in room 208 (by the top of the stairs).

The meetings are held to discuss fund raising and expenditures as well as for planning events for which the Sponsoring Committee is responsible. Many of these events require a significant amount of planning as well as help on the day of the event so we are always on the lookout for volunteers. Events for which we typically require assistance include:
